piss me off

"Pay, I don't care. This is not my money." Again, someone who is working in a development field keep making such statement. Is that a right attitude? If one doesn't want to make a best use of other's resources, and continually marking irresponsible decisions, then from my point of view, this person shouldn't be in a development field, and this kind of so called "development program" won't help people who needs the help. Anyway development work is such a crab.
