教室上空总是会有很多纸飞机

颜色、大小各异

很是好玩

上大学时

第一次坐上真真的飞机 - 铁鸟

离开了拉萨

几十年过去了

西藏地上有了穿梭的铁龙

西藏上空也多了很多的铁鸟

野牦牛不得不给铁龙让道了

燕子不得不躲着铁鸟了

而今天又看到新闻说

日喀则要建西藏第五个民用机场

和平机场

乱世里的“细底”机场

真不明白西藏遍地的“鲁”

怎么就可以和这些异物

铁龙、铁鸟、铁鱼...

如此和谐并存

Once again, I am unemployed. With my last job I have learned that what I am interested most, and what I have to do.  Living in ordered city, Lhasa, without some kind of self-reflection our life is just perfect as it was given. But to take a break for self-refection and self-definition...

well, everyone paranoid everywhere, but in long-run how in such environment a productive and meaningful life could have survived...guesss we all need a space....

相请不如偶遇，不知道贾宏宇是在什么情境下创作的。前几天，突然想起此作品，感觉很适合红色三月，所以再次拿出来晒晒。

一 头牦牛不知出于什么原因，错误地走进斗牛场。杀红了眼的斗牛士们不由分说，乱剑砍死了这头牦牛。这个简短的故事像是一个多重指涉的寓言：即是所有现代化 进程中的民族国家的寓言，也是旅行者对于前程和命运的焦虑，更是人们对于陌生之物的普遍态度的一种症状。胜利者和受伤害者的形象并不完全等同于强者和弱 者，也许胜利和死亡本身，都是建立在恐惧、误解之上，都是命运的游戏。

随想

好几年没在家过Losar了。小时候，都说不是 Losar 是 Laysar。虽然物质不丰富，但还得提前准备一两个月。大人忙得不亦乐乎，小孩盼星星盼月亮，等29热乎乎的帕突和热闹的驱鬼仪式，更是想早点穿上新年的新装，并虔诚地在祖拉康佛前祷告。总之所有人在享受过程，乐在其中。Losar是过程，是全家人在一起准备的过程，是大街上小巷里每日穿梭的博日，是15酥油灯照亮的圣城....Losar 是没有终点的一个一个过程....

而现如今，物质富裕了Losar 不再需要提前准备一两个月了。小孩期待是汉堡包，是薯条，满柜子是平时穿的新衣服。祖拉康也不是什么人都想去，可以去的地了，15的夜只能看看月亮了。Losar变了，变成那一个点 - 初一。一个没有过程的节日。

这些日子，努力让自己更生活点，更拉萨点。busy, busy 忙办公室永远没有进展的事；忙和老同学叙旧；忙看拉萨的72变；忙的唏哩哗啦，忙的麻木....busy doing nothing...

终于，可以休假了。只是再没有背包，没有书，没有音乐，更没有陌生的路人了。再不能出不去了。选择另一种生活。

不一样的日子，不一样的心情。还是有书、有音乐....慢慢看 慢慢听...享受蓝天下的黑白世界....

美廓尔又来了！

像往常一样，在去吃午饭的路上，熟悉的卖报生在人群中大喊:“阿佳，商报还是晚报？” 我说随便吧，他就给了我份西藏商报。坐下来一看，头版就是“本报探路 带你进入‘拉日’线”。

藏语里“拉日”是神山的意思。这里是指拉萨至日喀则的火车线路。而‘美廓尔’是2006年，西藏自治区翻译协会和自治区新词术语藏文翻译规范委员会70多名专家学者商讨审定，一致同意‘美廓尔’为‘火车’的规范表述。

两会期间，委员们似乎也对‘美廓尔’情有独钟。不仅仅是政协委员、自治区发改委党组书记 、副主任普穷提交了一份“拉日铁路有关事宜的建议”，而且山南地区政协委员会也向自治区政协九届二次会议递交提案，建议建设青藏铁路拉萨经山南至林芝段。为什么又是美廓尔？如果确实它要如此日夜奔腾不息地穿梭于喜马拉雅山，是山神也要被火车轰隆隆的声音给震痴呆掉了。

为应对国际金融危机，今年我国将投入4万亿元巨资扩大内需、促进经济增长。这一利好消息对于依靠中央投资方式来拉动经济增长的西藏来说，肯定会受益不少。青藏铁路延伸线拉萨至日喀则支线 铁路就可能借此“东风”，早日开工建设。

拉萨至日喀则段铁路地处青藏高原西南部，线路东起青藏铁路终点拉萨火车站，出站后先向南沿拉萨河而下，途经堆龙德庆县、曲水县后，折向雅鲁藏布江西段而上，穿越长度近90公里的雅鲁藏布江峡谷区，途经尼木县、仁布县、白朗县后抵达藏西南重镇日喀则市。按照设计方案，“拉日”铁路线路全长约254.56公里。线路东低西高，全线桥隧总长约占线路全长的40%，沿线海拔3650米至3840米 ，最高点3990米。全线共设车站14处（含接轨站拉萨）。近期开放8个车站，其中中间站6处（拉萨南、协荣、曲水、尼木、仁布、日喀则）；会让站2处（灯古、卡堆）；有客、货运作中间站4处（曲水、尼木、仁布、日喀则）。

谁为谁而纪念

任何事物的产生和发展都有其原因和结果

今天看“两会”新闻，说会议将审议九届人大常委会第７次会议提交的《西藏自治区人民代表大会关于设立西藏百万农奴解放纪念日的决定（草案） 》的议案。而西藏自治区人大常委会副秘书长庞伯解释说：“议案就是要让包括藏族在内的全体中华民族永远牢记５０年前西藏“民主改革”这一历史性事件，从此西藏百万农奴翻身得解放，挣脱了旧的封建农奴制度枷锁成为国家的主人。”

消息一出，网络上就有支持的声音了。说这事早该做了，而且建议大力宣传。是啊，翻身农奴年年在西藏庆祝这个，纪念那个，就是没有所谓的农奴日。早就应该有了!? But, Why, Why Now? Where is this bill coming from?

Last year, someone in the states suggested "...exile Tibetans should observe a Day of Solidarity and Unity. such ceremonial practice would help make emotional connections between younger and older generations as well as between Tibetans in exile and those inside Tibet." 记得去年年底，一位流亡藏人曾经建议为了显示对于境内藏人的支持，只用空洞语言来形容他们的牺牲是不够的。流亡藏人一定要积极地表达他们的尊敬，并且提供人道的援助。流亡藏人必须制定一个支持与团结的纪念日。因为纪念日不仅将会长久地维系这些分开来的家庭，而且也会给不同的世代带来情感上的连结，也会给境内与境外的藏人带来命运与共的感觉。

才几个月，外面民主的社会，似乎根本就没有讨论此事的迹象。但山这边的社会主义专政已在人大商讨类似议案了。不记得谁说的，加米虽然不能什么都是世界领先，但有超强的学习能力。看来真的是这样啊，倾听不同的声音，并付诸行动。

Lemon Tree

Because of Jerusalem I love Israel; because of Edward Said I always wanna go to Middle East. I believe, Israel is a country with unity of opposites. The long-lasting conflict in middle east is about political, ethical and about religious, there is no easy answer on the issue. But if only by reading, listening and watching so called news in a country where information and news were carefully selected by the centre government it makes things extremely easy to understand. However, the real world is more complicated than we learn from Chinese media. Therefore, I enjoy reading novels and watching movies more! The stories, that tell true stories from ground.



Lemon Tree, a great movie directed by Israeli Eran Riklis. It is about real life in Israel and Palestine. It is those little human stories behind the conflict. Indeed, so many such stories are happening in Tibet. In movie, all started with difference but connected by only one thing in common, own way of life.

I don't know what's the worst that could happens in 2009, or a miracle could happen...just wish Peace, Love & Freedom for people all over the world.

周末拉萨

拉萨是纯粹的“愚乐”城市。她“愚”乐了西藏各党政机关；“愚”乐国内国际的政客，而博日也在比谁比谁更“愚”蠢，看上去更快“乐”些。就这样，美丽的“愚”乐拉萨城里居住的人，也就慢慢患上了不同程度的恐惧症、焦虑症、疑病症、狂想症、强迫症、自闭症、抑郁症、孤独症、神经衰弱症、性虐待症...

周末我这个患有心里疾病综合症的人，独自享受着音乐、书的时候，收到了朋友的短信说：

爱

这组一只鸟与另一只鸟之间催人泪下的故事，不知感动了多少个人。过了这么久，再看依旧感动如初......

星期六的下午，港南的天气阴霾，很多的家燕，成群停留在马路上觅食戏耍，看着来往的大货车 ，突然，一辆呼啸而过的大货车开过，地上只看到一团黑影留着，不幸又发生了……


鸟儿的感情也是相当丰富的。尽管这只家燕已经在地上不会动了，但是，另一只仿佛是她的家人，马上飞到她的身旁，不忍相信这个实事……


一辆汽车开过来了，飞快的车速，将风卷起，地上的鸟儿也随着翻了身。看到地上的鸟儿改变了姿势，情人仿佛受到鼓励一般，赶快的又飞下来到她的身旁……　


他在她的身旁守候，大声的呼喊着“为何还不起来呢？”


无奈何，另一方已经永远听不到了……此时，鸟儿竟尝试着要将地上的鸟儿抓起……


当然是无法承受这样沉重的负担……用力的振翅，一次又一次……


无奈，纵然地上的鸟儿想回应，却也永远没办法了……又一辆汽车经过，鸟儿赶忙飞起，等到汽车一过，却又马上下来……

尽管别的鸟儿告诉他这是没有用的，但是，依然不死心的希望看到他再度飞起……另一辆汽车经过，鸟儿的身子又被汽车快速的风吹动……再度受到鼓舞的鸟儿，坚持不同的尝试……

尽了全身的力量，却无法得到任何的回应……

据摄影者讲，他自己已经拍摄不下去了……，怕那只不愿离去的鸟儿再受到意外，便将那只已逝去的鸟儿挪在路边，那只鸟儿在附近的树枝上久久哀鸣不愿离去……

失真

记得几年前，为了政府对雪顿日期的调整，网上、网下大家议论纷纷，传统失真是所有人最担忧的。

而如今，白啦日追大伙摇身一变都成了善男信女。机关里的博日阿佳啦，成了关注传统宗教节日的人群。平日很难布施的博日布，也竟如此慷慨解囊。

说是“仙女节”

说是“吉祥天母节”

说是“妇女节”

说是“藏族情人节”

还有说是“又一个乞丐节”

网上说：“今天是吉祥天母节，也是‘西藏妇女节’，女人问你拿钱是，男人一定要给，否则会损福气...男人大出血”。 还有放话说“所有的男人都必须准备好红包。所有的女人问所有的男人要红包。一个一个地要，而且男人们必须给。据说:行长给500，科长给200... ..."白拿" ”

朋友说：“昨天聊至早上...，下午三点才起床，避开了抢钱的女人节...”。 朋友说：“I am hiding tomorrow since I don't have any money to give away for Pelha'i Duchen.”。 还有朋友说：“给你也发了数美元的彩信”；我暗想，多亏我手机不能接收彩信。更有很多人说：“这么喜欢要钱，也许是即将成为真乞丐的前兆而已.....”

如果一个有着悠久传统和美丽传说的日子，可以失真到这种程度，我们应该去责问谁？

因果报应、褒善贬恶、敬老爱幼、孝敬父母的道德观似乎正在消失......

“一小撮别有用心的人”、“不明真相的群众”、“黑恶势力幕后指使策划”……近些时候，一些较大的群体性事件发生之初，总能看到地方政府这样匆忙定性的词语。贵州“瓮安事件”、云南“孟连事件”，以及最近的甘肃“陇南事件”，事发之初，都能看到这样的“定性怪圈”。

“不明真相的群众”，似乎将群众看成没有独立人格、自由思想的“愚民”和逆来顺受的“顺民”，他们的不满一定是因为受到了蒙蔽、迷惑、挑唆和煽动。与之相对的，官员及其决策者则明白真相，掌握真理，难以犯错。

这样的定性，与这个时代完全脱节。有网民调侃“不明真相”说，这“不仅侮辱了群众的人格，还侮辱了群众的智商”，他们揶揄总结说，群众总是“不明真相”的，闹事的总是“别有用心”的，黑恶势力总是能“煽动群众”的，死者家属总是“情绪稳定”的……

经过30年的改革开放，中国社会已进入“黄金发展时期”与“矛盾凸显时期”并存的阶段。体制转换、结构调整、社会变革，在广度上已涉及经济、政治、文化等所有领域，在深度上已触及人们具体的经济利益。利益调整凸显了新的矛盾，就业、分配、腐败等问题成为人们关注的焦点。社会矛盾一旦遇到“导火索”，就容易爆发为大规模群体性事件、呈现出突发性、对抗激烈、社会破坏力强，处置难度大等特点。群体性事件频发有其深刻的社会背景。绝大多数群体性事件都是由于群众切身利益受到侵犯，利益诉求长期被漠视而引发。

分析近年来全国影响较大的群体事件，几乎都有一个共同的规律：起因很小－基层反应迟钝－升级为群体性事件－基层无法控制－震惊高层－迅速处置－事态平息。在冲突萌芽和聚集的初期，一些地方的基层党委政府对社会矛盾普遍表现出“体制性迟钝”——反应迟钝，判断失误，处理失当，导致“小事拖大，大事拖炸”，集中暴露出执政能力薄弱的软肋。

为了给这样的“体制性迟钝”寻找遁词，一些地方官员在应对群体性事件时，倾向于走极端，延续“寻找敌人”的专政思维，简单粗暴地“扣帽子，揪辫子，打棍子”。面对危机，他们首先想到的不是努力化解矛盾，而是上升到“政治高度”，对事件超前定性，把群众利益诉求“泛政治化”：要么认定“一小撮别有用心的人挑唆煽动”，要么认定为“有黑恶势力操纵”，然后把公安机关推上一线，采取高压手段解决问题。这么做，实际是一些官员揣着明白装糊涂，想借此推托自身应该承担的失职渎职责任。因此，在某种意义上，胡乱定性的官员才是群体性事件中真正“别有用心的人”。

如果说，在新中国建国初期，由于外部存在境内外敌对势力的持续威胁，内部存在土匪、特务等一些遗留问题，专政思维还有其时代合理性的话，那么，在执政已经60年的今天，一些官员思想上、行为上依然存在的“专政”惯性，说明他们还没有理解中国共产党从革命党到执政党的时代转变，更没有理解好、执行好执政为民这一党的根本宗旨。

“瓮安事件”中，基层党委政府匆忙将事件定性为“有组织、有预谋”，是黑恶势力煽动群众围攻政府，并在当地媒体大规模刊播“瓮安群众愤怒谴责不法分子”等新闻，引起了更多群众的反感和猜疑。后来，还是贵州省委书记石宗源指出这起事件的“真相”：一些长期积累的社会矛盾没有得到应有的重视和妥善的解决，干群关系紧张、治安环境不好，一些地方、一些部门在思想意识、干部作风和工作方法上还存在很多问题，群众对我们的工作不满意。

在“寻找敌人”的同时，一些官员还习惯于封锁消息，控制舆论，制造出“不明真相的群众”。长期以来，在突发性公共事件发生后，保持沉默、回避媒体已经成为一些基层党委政府条件反射式的“自觉行为”，但在传播手段多样化、传播对象大众化的情况下，这种紧要关头的“失语”必然丧失引导舆论的主动权，看似避免承担责任的风险，实际却陷入被动，增加了平息事态的难度。

群众不明真相是官员的渎职。群众有权利了解真相，出现群众“不明真相”的情况，正是一些地方执政者的失职。因此，一些地方被“不明真相的群众”冲击、打砸，执政者首先要反躬自省。“不明真相的群众”暴露的是一些官员对民意的漠视，以及对“权力必须接受监督”这一法治理念的强烈反感。在少数官员的脑袋里，他们根子上就漠视公民的基本权利，更何况“公民知情权”。《政府信息公开条例》早已颁布实施，但是公众最想知道、需要知道、应当知道的不少信息却无法公开。比如，最近，沈阳市民温洪祥要求公开政府办公费、招待费、差旅费等费用，就被官员答复为“极其敏感，难度很大”。

一方面是群众无法了解真相，另一方面，一些公布的“真相”往往是群众无法接受的“假相”。看着那些群体性事件新闻“通稿”，我常常想问这些起草发布者3个小问题：“如果死者是你的母亲，你情绪能不能稳定？”“为什么群众跟黑帮走而不是跟政府走？”“别有用心的人究竟是些什么人？”

在构建和谐社会的历史潮流下，为政者应当转变思维，变社会控制为社会博弈，最终走向社会契约。前段时间的重庆出租车罢运事件，以官民互动的谈判、协商方式圆满解决，不就充分证明了中国可以跳出所谓“专政”的“周期率”吗？

And it seems to me, this is what's interesting about a lot of Irish music now, that it is the carrier for this kind of feeling, and for this kind of emotion, that we have no other expression for it because politically we deny it, intellectually we deny it. Our literature ....... doesn't deal with this, our sentiment doesn't deal with this. But music, it's in the music, it seems to me. The culture can actually carry those things in al kinds of visible ways, in gesture, in movement, in language, in humour and in music.

Again! World AIDS Day! Just like a show-time everybody into the streets for leaflets and condom. If people were really care and concern, everyday should be AIDS day not just 1^st of December. HIV and AIDS is not just a health issue but a social issue; we are all part of it.....thus should work together! With one's friends, colleagues, wife, husband, child, community members....

社科院公布白领工资标准　拉萨月入900就是白领
中国社会科学院公布的2007年全国主要城市白领工资标准，包括各城市物价水平、居住成本、交通成本、城市现代化等诸多方面因素。香港月入18500元，北京5000元，广州4750元才算白领(单位：人民币)。外地务工者在以下基础上增加1800元。共分七档。
一档：香港18500，澳门8900；
二档：上海5350，深圳5280，温州5020，北京5000；

Here is the report from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences on the standard monthly wages of white-collar workers in China. Surprisingly, Lhasa, the capital of Tibet Autonomous Region is listed at the bottom with 900RMB($130)/month. As 18,500RMB($2,700) per month, Hong Kong is listed on the top line. Beijing and Shanghai, with 5,000RMB and 5,350 are grouped in the second level.

But then,,just after few days on Xinhua News and released by National Bureau of Statistics of China on average wage level cross China. Tibet(32,436RMB) rank the top three, with Beijng(39,663RMB) on the first and Shanghai(39,004RMB) on the second place.

I am not quite sure how these calculation been done and where were these data source from? Interestingly, the article also listed top three average wage level in different sectors. The financial industry, is considered as the top industry, and followed by IT on the second and electric power, gas, water production and supply on the third place. It is almost impossible that Tibet could make average wage as higher as than Guangfdong or Nanjing, or even Sichuan, given these sectors are just rising industry in Tibet. But then....What is What? True things are false, for if the things be true

据国家统计局反馈的资料，截止到今年三季度末，江苏城镇单位在岗职工平均工资水平仍然位居北京（39663元）、上海（39004元）、西藏（32436元）、天津（27687元）、浙江（23603元）、广东（23078元）之后，在全国各省（自治区、直辖市）中排列第7位。

不同的行业，职工平均工资也存在差距。前三季度排在前三位的依次为：金融业42838元，信息传输、计算机服务和软件业36600元，电力、燃气及水的生产和供应业35380元。

Tonight, Obama and Amercian people made the history. No matter how bad and what people say about United States, it is a land of opportunity. I remember a Chinese moive had famous quote, it goes: 如果你爱一个人，送他去纽约，因为那里是天堂；如果你恨一个人，送他去纽约，因为那里是地狱。in translation, " If you love someone, send him to New York, for it's heaven; if you hate someone, send him to New York, for it's hell. " And I guess after today, most of people would love to live in US, as it is now. Anything is possible!

But then, I am wondering, is possible for an ordinaroy Tibetan be somebody in China? I don't know, really. I wish anything is possible all over the world. Be happy, be yourself, and be contributor to the society.

阿里的广场文化

广场现象在中国任何一个角落都会有其生存的土壤。 在北京、在拉萨、在阿里、乃至在阿里革吉县，这么一个小县城也有够气派的文化广场。


这是阿里地区广场，超大所谓的文化广场。除了四周的山，头顶的蓝天白云，很难想象这是在西藏阿里。仙人掌、椰树和火柴盒的房子， 不知是要展示什么样的文化？！


这是扎达县 - 托林广场，古格王朝的所在地。也是象雄文化的中心地带。象雄是历史上一个古国。象雄是苯教的发源地，有着独特的象雄文。“象雄”一词，在象雄语中意为鹏地，即大鹏鸟之地。藏语称鹏鸟为“架琼”，与象雄语文完全不同。而现在的扎达文化广场把“象雄”文化，真当成“象”文化在演绎。援藏干部还特意赠送了一个银色的“象”，来象征此地乃“象雄”文化之源也。是真不懂历史还是重新诠释历史？！



革吉县，一个才千人的县城，也有这么一个空旷的文化广场。走在铺着大理石无人的广场上，阳光变得更加刺眼。天还是透明的蓝，“全民健身器材”在广场和山的对应下，显得极为不协调。也不明白狮子摆这是啥意思。虽然县前后各有一个，但似乎没人知道为什么。
